I received a couple of threatening calls from FRS and they also left a threatening message on my parents home phone and at my brothers place of employment. I called the number back and only asked them for their mailing address. I promptly typed up a letter demanding that they send me information and verification on what case they were calling me about and I also sent them a letter stating that they were not allowed to call me regarding this matter. I sent both letters certified mail with return receipt. I received the signed return receipts back from them and I have not heard from them again. They call ring three times, I answer they hang up.

getting calls at 1, 2, 3 o'clock in the morning.

Also calling at different times of the day. I called back several times. Once a guy answered with "what" then hung up. I'm on the no call directory but this number still calls. Tired of these calls.

recieved the phone a few time , when picked up there silence on the other end , tried to called back but the caller refused to pick up the phone.

This company keeps leaving messages on my answering machine. Their messages are nothing more than garbled static, when I answer the phone there is never a response. I'm on the Federal NO Call list and yet they keep calling me 4 or 5 times a day.

WANTED TO COLLECT ON DEBT FROM SAID ADVANCED FITNESS LABS HIRED THEM TO COLLECT 80.00. I SAID I WASN'T AWARE OF ANY UNPAID DEBT AND I HAD NEVER RECEIVED ANY CORRESPONDENCE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SAID THEY CONTACTED ME SEVERAL TIMES. I CALLED MY CC AND THEY ASSURED ME IT WAS PAID. I CALLED BACK AND SPOKE TO THIS FRAUD COLLECTION CO. AND EXPLAINED MY CC CO. SAID IT WAS PAID SHE TOOK MY WORD FOR IT AND SAID SHE'D CLOSE THE CLAIM. I ASKED HER TO SEND E-MAIL TO ME FOR MY PROTECTION IN CASE IT WAS SENT TO CREDIT REPORT, SHE SAID SHE WOULD SPEAK TO HER MANAGER ON HOW TO HANDLE THE MATTER. THANK GOD I DIDN'T PAY THEM WITH ANOTHER CC....

Non-profit fund raising(?)company. They so not have a good track record from what I've read. I get calls 2-3 times a day, no message left. I would like it stopped.
